Natalie graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a BA in English. She now lives in Boise, where she is pursuing her MFA in writing. She developed a strong interest in economic engagement consulting by coordinating internal improvement efforts at a software company in Denver, so she has seen OBM implemented first hand. Among other responsibilities, Natalie conducts employee surveys, manager surveys, and customer interviews.
